Welcome to my blog. I have created this blog to share some tips on gaining muscle while burning fat. I’m your average guy who is been battling with abdominal fat for more than 10 year. In the past I have lost lots of weight with diet and gym only to gain it back! Yes, it happens to most.
I’m a online marketer, so spend most of my time in front of my PC which is the number 1 reason for my lazy lifestyle. Late night working and irregular sleeping habit, eating just before bed are part of my job and part of my own mistakes.
Over the last year I have lost more than 10 pounds of fat and added muscle mass. This seems to be working now. The more muscle you have, the more energy your body consumes which helps to maintain weight.
I’m NOT a fitness expert, Doctor or fake Guru. I’m an average guy in my 30’s, married to a beautiful woman and have 2 little kids to enjoy.
